This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Nature Glow View’s services, including flight booking, hotel booking, car rental, tour management, and e‑visa booking. By using our website or services, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all related policies.
This Agreement incorporates the following documents:
Privacy Policy – How we collect, use, and protect your data.
Terms & Conditions – Rules governing bookings, payments, and responsibilities.
Refund & Cancellation Policy – Guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and provider rules.
Travel Insurance Policy – Optional coverage for emergencies, delays, and losses.
Provide accurate information for bookings and travel documents.
Ensure compliance with visa and passport requirements.
Maintain account security and confidentiality of login credentials.
Respect all provider rules (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, visa authorities).
Payments must be made in full or as required by the provider.
Refunds are processed according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Transaction fees and non‑refundable components may apply.
Nature Glow View acts as an intermediary and is not liable for third‑party actions.
We are not responsible for force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed service.
Optional travel insurance is available under the Travel Insurance Policy. Customers are encouraged to review coverage and exclusions before purchase.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Uganda, unless otherwise required by international regulations.
Nature Glow View may update this Agreement and related policies at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
